Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

All items are packed by hand, including signed books, bundles, and collector boxes, so we appreciate your patience while we carefully prepare your order.

Shipping

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping times vary based on location and carrier delays. Frolick Book is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, weather, or carrier issues once the package has been shipped.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require an additional shipping fee for reshipment.
